What's new at Southwinds

The Board of Directors has been hard at work collecting past due HOA fees and trying to keep the builders in check.  The old Craftbuilt sign has been removed from the back entrance.  The existing sign will be shortened to look less awkward.  We have also begun repairing some of the crumbling mailboxes in the community.

Upcoming Events

February 9, 2010 - HOA Meeting
Our 1st Quarter HOA meeting will be held at 7pm at the Conference Room at the Coastal Georgia RV Resort.

March 2010 - Community Appreciation Day
For our Spring Time Community Appreciation Day we will be focusing our efforts on the Pool and the grounds around the common areas of the community. We will be working to clean up the pool and pool house. Depending on the cost and how much money we have available at the time, we plan to replace a lot of the pine straw covering areas that should be grass with grass seed or sod. The date and time will be decided at our February HOA Meeting.
